w M h'Fring8e'4d on today' s date in this matter and having heard
testimony regarding the petition for appointing permanent
plenary guardian of the person and estate of Pauline K.
Cover, and the daughter of Pauline K. Cover, Kathy Wisner,
having appeared in court and testified that she does not
wish someone to be appointed as guardian of the person of
Pauline K. Cover and has some question with regard to a
guardian of her mother ' s estate being appointed, and it
appearing that Kathy Wisner is the current power of attorney
in this matter and has deeded the house at 35 Scarsdale
Drive, Camp Hill, into her name and has concerns about being
removed from that property, this hearing is hereby continued
until Friday, May 31st, 2013, at 11 : 00 a.m.
This Court has advised Kathy Wisner to obtain
counsel in this matter to represent her interest, and if she
is not able to afford counsel, then she is directed to
contact the Cumberland County Bar Association pro bond
program to see if counsel could be given to her in this

matter.
This Court will reserve ruling on the Petition for
Permanent Plenary Guardian of the Person and Estate until
the continuation of the hearing on May 31st, 2013 .
Based on clear and convincing evidence that
Pauline K. Cover should have a temporary guardian of the
person be appointed in the meantime, it is hereby ordered
that Brenda Hall is hereby appointed as temporary guardian
of the person of Pauline K. Cover. Ms . Hall shall have
authority to consent to the general care, maintenance, and
custody of Pauline K. Cover without exception during this
temporary appointment . Ms . Hall shall also have the ability
to ensure that Ms . Cover receives appropriate services at
the Golden Living facility. This temporary guardian of the
person shall last until Friday, May 31st, 2013, at 11 : 00
a .m.
