Item 1. 1 direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my debts and funeral expenses. Item II. 1 give, devise and bequeath all my property, both real and personal, to my husband, Leonard A. Kutz, providing he survives me. Item 11I. In the event that my husband does not so survive me, or dies in a common disaster with me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, to my two children, Amy and Matthew, in equal shares. If either of my children should then be deceased, his or her share will go to his or her issue per stirpes. If either of my children shall then have died without issue, his or her share will go to my surviving child. Item IV. I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Leonard A. Kutz, as my executor. If he should be unable to serve, I appoint my daughter, Amy L.
