NO. 13 PARAMOUNT DEVELOPMENT, INC, CIVIL ACTION Defendant COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc., by and through its attorneys, Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers, and files this Complaint against Defendant, Paramount Development, Inc., and avers in support thereof as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc., a Pennsylvania business corporation with a registered office address of 631 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. 2. Defendant is Paramount Development, Inc., a Pennsylvania business corporation with a registered office address of 6 Bayberry Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 3. Beginning on or about November 21, 2007, Plaintiff provided plumbing services and HVAC installation on various houses built by Defendant at Defendant's direction. 4. Upon completion of the work performed on each house, Plaintiff sent Defendant invoices detailing the cost of the work it performed. 5. As of March 25, 2013, Defendant owes the Plaintiff a total of Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Seventy Cents for the work it performed. 6. The total amount now due and payable represents plumbing and HVAC work that spans five separate invoices, each of which was sent to Defendant at its registered office address. A true and correct copy of each invoice is attached hereto as Exhibits "A-I" through"A-5" and are incorporated herein by reference. 7. Despite repeated demands by Plaintiff for payment, Defendants have refused to pay the remaining balance owed. 8. This matter falls within the requisite arbitration limits as the total amount in controversy is less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).
