W Civil Complaint This is to notify that Pauline Risser-Clemens of 78 Bethel Church Rd, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, is filing a complaint in the appeal (13-2100 civil) against the MDJ-091-1-01 judgment by Farr Family Auto and Tire Center of 3537 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. I, Pauline Risser-Clemens, am asking that the Common Pleas Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,honor the previous judgment from the Magistrate District 091-1-01 entered on 03- 22-2013. This action is a complaint against Farr Family Auto and Tire Company's appeal of the Magistrate's District Court 091-1-01 judgement. I am requesting that the Common Court of Pleas of Cumberland Count, Pennsylvania, accept the judgment made by the Magistrate's District Court MDJ-091-1-01 Judge Charles A. Clement, Jr. Pauline Risser-Clemens a April 26, 2013 March 20, 2013 AMOUNT FARR FAMILY AUTO AND TIRE CENTER OWES TO ME: Compensation owed to me by Farr Family $ Amount I paid(parts and labor) to Faulkner Subaru Dealer to fig damage done by 1583.46 Farr Family Auto and Tire Center of 3537 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill,PA (other repairs due to Farr Family damage were made by Faulkner but were under my Faulkner car warrant) An alignment had to be done directly due to Farr Family's work on my car in 84.75 Oct/Nov. Because of Farr Family's damage to my car,I and my sick child had to drive for 1 week&400 miles in an unsafe car until Faulkner Subaru could do the alignment for me;the alignment had to again be redone after repairs due to the damage done by Farr Family. (Bill from Faulkner Subaru for the alignment. Original bill from Farr Family to replace wheel bearing 344.44 Towing during the 3 weeks Farr Family kept my car to replace the wheel 110.00 bearing. I had to borrow a car to travel to and from the York Hospital (my son was very sick). The borrowed car broke down and had to be towed.Neither my insurance and nor the warranty on my car cover someone else's car. This was incurred because Farr Family kept my car for over 3 weeks(October 19- November 13, 2012).
