WHEREAS, Christopher L. Hawk and Trina L. Hawk of 4157 Kittatinny Drive, Mechanicsburg,
PA 17050, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Tiday Property
Mangement, LLC of Carlisle, PA, for the erection of a building upon premises commonly
known as 2 Bridgeport Drive, Township Silver Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
set forth in the deed dated 12/23/97, recorded at Book 169, Page 1034 (part of), in the
Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in
Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, April 17, 2013, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for
the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT-CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as Lot 22 in
:accordance with the .Major Final Subdivision Plan for The Peninsula (Phase 111),
prepared by Hartman and Associates, P.C. and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,Pennsylvania in Plan Book 70,at
Page 63, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point alongthe Southern Right of Way of Bridgeport Drive,
said point being the end of an arc connecting the Southern Right of Way of
Bridgeport Drive and the Eastern Right of Way of Sample Bridge Road (T-5.96);
thence along the Southern Right of Way of Bridgeport Drive North 84.degrees 30
minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 274.97 feet to a point on line of lands now
or formerly of .Sample Bridge Associates; thence along line of lands now or
formerly of Sample Bridge Associates South 38 degrees 40 minutes 42 .seconds
West a distance of 384.92 feet to a point along the Eastern Right-of-Way .of .
Sample Bridge -Road (T--596); thence along the Eastern Right of Way of Sample
Bridge Road (T-596) North 12 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds West a .distance of
249.95 feet to a point;thence on a curve, curving to the right, having a radius of
25 feet, an arc length of 42.44feetto a point,the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 22 of the Plan of Lots known as "The Peninsula, Phase III"
