Dear Glenda:
I am in receipt of your letter dated April 15. 2013, in regard to the above estate
and the failure of the executor to file a Status Report. Please be advised that since at least
January of 2011, 1 have not been representing Mr. Posavec in regard to the administration
of his mother's estate as, at sometime prior to that date, he had indicated that he wished
to administer the estate without the benefit of counsel. I have forwarded your letter and
the blank Status Report to Mr. Posavec and ask that any future correspondence be
directed to him at his address.
