PRAECIPE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF
ELECTION AGAINST WILL AND CONVEYANCES
WHEREAS, CAROLYN L. GRAVES, surviving widow of GORDON I. GRAVES,
deceased, late of Cumberland County Pennsylvania, previously filed an Election Against the
Will of her late husband on August 17, 2012;
WHEREAS, CAROLYN L. GRAVES has now entered into a settlement agreement dated
March 13, 2013 to resolve her elective share and her distribution under the Will of GORDON 1.
GRAVES and under the terms of such agreement CAROLYN has agreed to withdraw her
Election Against the Will of her late husband.
NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CAROLYN L. GRAVES withdraw the Election Against the
Will of GORDON I. GRAVES.
