AND NOW, this 23"day of April, 2013, comes Robert C. Semis, Esqui�r% attMn°
for the estate of Barbara L. Shiley, and presents this Petition to Withdraw as Counsel of
Record, representing as follows:
1. Petitioner is Robert C. Saidis, Esquire, attorney for the Estate of Barbara L.
Shiley,with offices at Saidis, Sullivan&Rogers,26 West High Street,Carlisle,Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Barbara L. Shiley departed this life on January 1, 2013.
3. On January 25, 2013, her children, John E. Shiley, Jr., and Kimberly J.
Grundon were appointed as Co-Executors of her estate.
4. John E. Shiley, Jr., is an adult individual residing at 225 Ridgeview Drive,
Marysville, Pennsylvania. Kimberly J. Grundon is an adult individual residing at 123 S.
Humer Street, Enola, Pennsylvania.

Saidis 5. On April 1, 2013, a prepayment of $2,500.00 was made towards the
Sullivan
& Rogers inheritance tax.

Carlisle,PA 17013 6. The Co-Executors have informed Petitioner that they are terminating the
Petitioner as counsel and would like to do the work themselves. A statement from the Co-
Executors is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
7. Petitioner wishes to withdraw his appearance as the Estate's counsel of
record.
8. No Judge has been assigned to this )natter.
9. As the Executors have terminated the services of Petitioner pursuant to a
writing, no further notice is necessary prior to the entry of a Court Order permitting
withdrawal.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner without further notice to the Executors, requests your
Honorable Court to authorize Petitioner's withdrawal of counsel of record for the Estate of
Barbara L. Shiley.

As per our conversation with Bob Saidis on April 11, 2013 we have decided to
end our representation with your firm effective April 12, 2013 regarding the
Estate of Barbara L. Shiley. This includes no further investigation or inquiries
on this matter. The return of the birth certificates of Robert E. Shiley, Stephen
C. Shiley,John E. Shiley and also your final billing has not yet been
responded to.
Please consider this as termination of our relationship as of April 12, 2013. Please
return the birth certificates and your final billing via U.S. mail to John E. Shiley,
Jr. 225 R.idgeview Dr., Marysville, Pa. 17053.
