For curb and sidewalk repairs for 10 West Simpson Street: $2,528.35 Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $252.84 Solicitor filing fee: $125.00 Total: $2,906.19 Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from September 28, 2012, the date of completion of the work. Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at PO Box 4834,Harrisburg PA 17111 on February 1, 2013, as shown in Exhibit B attached.
