FIRST I direct the payment of my just debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. If there be no cemetery lot available for my interment owned by me at the time of my death, I authorize my personal representative to purchase such cemetery lot with a contract for perpetual care, using therefor funds from my estate in such amount as he shall consider necessary and desirable, and I authorize my personal representative to cause title to or ownership of such lot so purchased to be vested in such person as my personal representative shall designate. Further, I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my estate, in such amount as my personal representative shall consider necessary and desirable for the purchase, erection and inscription of a suitable marker for my grave. My Trustee shall invest the funds comprising this trust in an ordinary bank savings account or certificate(s) of deposit, so that the funds will be readily available as needed, because it is not my intention that the funds be invested for income or growth; C. My Trustee shall apply, from time to time, so much of the income and/or principal of this trust as he shall deem appropriate, in his sole and absolute discretion, for the education of my grandchildren, whether to pay for college, trade or professional school or any associated expenses, including books, room and board, miscellaneous fees, etc.; D. The payments to be made from this trust need not be equal in amount, and my Trustee may pay more for the benefit of one or more of my said grandchildren than for another or others, in his sole and absolute discretion; E. My Trustee's decisions with respect to applying the funds hereunder for my grandchildren's education shall not be reviewable by any court, and no beneficiary shall have the right to compel payment from this trust, and my Trustee shall not be required to account to any court or other tribunal for his administration of this trust; F.
