JAMES L. MURRAY
I, JAMES L. MURRAY, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all former Wills made by me.
ARTICLE l
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses including my gravemarker and all
expenses of my last illness that my Executrix is obligated to pay, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
ARTICLE H
I direct my Executrix to pay all inheritance, transfer, estate and similar taxes (including
interest and penalties) assessed or payable by reason of my death on any property or interest in
property which is included in my estate for the purpose of computing taxes. *My Executrix shall not
require any beneficiary to reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property passing under the terms
of this Will or otherwise.
ARTICLE III
I give, devise and bequeath my model car collection to LLOYD J. HARBOLD.
ARTICLE IV
I give, devise and bequeath my camera collection to ROBIN HARBOLD.

ARTICLE V
I bequeath my household and personal effects and other tangible personalty of a like
nature (not including cash or securities), and the insurance thereon, to my daughter, SANDRA L.
MURRAY. Should my daughter, SANDRA L. MURRAY, predecease me or fail to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I bequeath such items of tangible personalty and the insurance thereon to my
sister, BARBARA ZEIDERS.
ARTICLE VI
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my daughter, SANDRA L. MURRAY. Should my daughter,
SANDRA L. MURRAY, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to
my sister, BARBARA ZEIDERS.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate and appoint SANDRA L. MURRAY and BARBARA ZEIDERS as Co-
Executrices of my estate and give to the said Co-Executrices all rights, powers, and immunities
set forth in this Will, including the requirement that said Co-Executrices each serve without bond.
Should one of the Co-Executrices be unable or unwilling to act, the other Co-Executrice shall
serve as the sole Executrix.
ARTICLE V
My Executrix shall have the following powers in addition to those vested in them by law
and by other provisions of my Will applicable to all property, whether principal or income,
exercisable without court approval and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To make distributions in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in kind, and in
such manner as they may determine.

B. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, without restriction to
investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any
principle of diversification or risk.
C. To invest in all forms of property without restriction to investments authorized for
Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of diversification or
risk.
D. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange, or to lease for any period of time any
real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and
upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper.
E. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each as they
from time to time think proper.
F. To compromise any claim or controversy.
G. To vote shares of stock, in person or by proxy, in favor of or against management
and shareholder proposals and to join in or dissent from and oppose the reorganization,
recapitalization, consolidation, merger, liquidation, or sale of corporations or properties;
H. To employ accountants, agents, attorneys, brokers, employees, investment
counselors and other representatives (any of whom may but need not be a person, association
or corporation acting as, or affiliated with a Fiduciary at the particular time) to perform any act of
administration (whether or not discretionary), to act without independent investigation upon their
recommendations and to determine and pay their compensation and expenses out of the Trust
estate;
I. To distribute, without the necessity of filing a judicial accounting or obtaining judicial
approval, the whole or any part of the estate upon the receipt and release of the beneficiary
entitled to receive such distribution, in which event my Fiduciaries shall be relieved of all further
liability with respect to the property so distributed with like effect as if such distribution had been
made pursuant to an order of court;

J. To permit any beneficiary to occupy any real property forming part of the estate
without rent or upon such other terms and conditions as my Executrix or Executor shall
determine.
