DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
PURSUANT TO 20 Pa.C.S.A. §6201, et seq
1. Patricia B. Peters ("Decedent") died on October 9, 2012, leaving a Will dated
September 24, 2010 which was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Patricia Elliott on
October 24, 2012.
2. Item 11 of the Will devised a conditional life estate in the real estate owned by
Decedent at 55 Old Pioneer, Camp Hill, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, to her sister, Teresa
M. Donohoe.
3. Without receiving any compensation therefor, Teresa M. Donohoe refuses the
devise and hereby irrevocably disclaims and renounces all claims to the same.
4. Theresa M. Donohoe intends to deliver a copy of this Disclaimer to the personal
representative of decedent's estate and to file it with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court, Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A
§6204.
