I, Robert B. Peck, currently of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my Last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
ITEM ONE: I direct all my debts which may be legally collectible, and
funeral expenses, be paid by my Executors hereinafter named.
ITEM TWO: All federal, state and other death taxes payable because of
my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes,
whether or not passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed
in connection with such tax, shall be considered a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate and shall be paid from my residuary estate under
ITEM FOUR without apportionment or right of reimbursement. All such taxes
on present or future interests shall be paid at such time or times as my Executors
may think proper regardless of whether such taxes are then due.

After reviewing the subject wroperty,I found that the property had many extra features and upgrades.
These features and upgradws are nice for livability, but normally do not Increase
for dollar. property value dollar
There are three properties om Macoun Drive that recently sold which were used to determine a price for
the subject Property. The subbject property is the highest priced property sold on Macound Drive. The
three properties used to oonnpare were the next lowest sold prices. Averaging the three sold
properties,I arrived at a market price of$311,147.00.

A 50 foot wide right of way leads southwardly from State Highway Route
850 over lands now or formerly of Jack Coble to the above described tract of
land as the same is set forth in a Subdivision Plan filed in Perry County Plan
Book 18, Page 122. Said right of way shall be used in common by the grantee
herein, his heirs and assigns, and Jack Coble, his heirs and assigns, for access to

Also granting to the grantee, his heirs and assigns, the rights of Miles Peck
and Mildred E. Peck contained in an Agreement dated March 24, 1960, and

BEING the same premises which the Grantor became seized by deed of
Robert B. Peck and Jean E. Peck, husband and wife, by Robert B. Peck, tier
attorney in fact and agent, dated September 11, 2008, and recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Perry County, Pennsylvania, at Instrument Number 2008-
08702.
This conveyance is from father to son and requires no Realty Transfer Tax,
Grantor certifies that no hazardous waste, within the meaning of the Solid
Waste Management Act of 1980, is presently being disposed of or has ever been
