I , KAREN ELAINE EBY, of 1495 Simpson Ferry Road, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I : I direct that all inheritance
and estate taxes becoming due by reason of my death, whether
such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of
any property, shall be paid by the Executors out of the property
passing under ITEM V of this Will, as an expense and cost of
administration of my estate. The Executors shall have no duty
or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any tax so paid, even
though on proceeds of insurance or other property not, passing
under this Will.
ITEM II : I direct: the Executors to
pay the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses from
the property passing under this Will as an expense and cost
of administration of my estate.
ITEM III : I hereby give and bequeath,
absolutely and in :fee simple, to my spouse, NORMAN GARRY EBY,
all of my household furniture and furnishings, books , pictures,
jewelry, silverware, automobiles, wearing apparel and all other
articles of household or personal use or adornment and all
policies of insurance thereon, provided that if my spouse dies

before the thirtieth ( 30th) day following the day of my death,
this gift shall lapse or be divested and I make said bequest
to my issue, per stirpes, living at the -time of my death, to
be divided among them as they shall agree. If they cannot agree
for any reason, my Executor shall make -the decision and its
decision shall be final.
My Executor shall represent any minor child in any
division of such property and shall deliver to the person standing
in the place of a parent to such minor, without bond, such portion
of the minor' s share as my Executor, after considering the minor' s
wishes, deems appropriate.
ITEM IV: For purposes of this Will,
the term issue, per stirpes, shall include the stepchildren
of each of my children, even if such stepchildren have riot been
legally adopted by my child.
ITEM V: ( a) I devise and bequeath
all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever
nature and wherever situate, together with any insurance policies
thereon, to my spouse, NORMAN GARRY EBY, if he survives me.
If my spouse does not survive me, I give and devise the residue
of my estate equally to my children, NORMAN GARRY EBY, JR. ,
and DEIDRE KERSTETTER. If either of my children predeceases
me or dies within thirty ( 30 ) days of the date of my death,
his or her share shall be paid to his or her issue, per stirpes.

( b) If no issue of mine survive the survivor of my
said spouse and myself, my estate shall be divided into two
equal shares , and one share shall be paid to my heirs who would
be entitled thereto under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania
in effect at the death of the survivor of myself and my spouse;
and the other share shall be paid to my spouse' s heirs who would
be entitled thereto under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania
in effect at the death of the survivor of myself and my spouse
as if my spouse had then died Intestate.
ITEM VI : No provision of this Will
is intended to exercise any power of appointment, including
any power of appointment granted me under my spouse ' s estate
planning documents.
ITEM VII : No interest of any beneficiary
under this Will or any codicil hereto shall be subject to
anticipation or voluntary or involuntary alienation, and the
personal receipt of such beneficiary shall be the sufficient
and only discharge of my Executor unless otherwise provided
herein.
ITEM VIII : In the settlement of my
estate, my Executor shall possess, among others, the following
powers:

( a) To retain any investments I ;may have at my death,
as long as the Executor deems it advisablE? to my estate to do
so;
(b) To sell either at private or public sale and
upon such terms and conditions as my fiduciaries may deem
advantageous to the! estate, any or all real or personal property
or interest therein owned by the estate, without liability on
the purchasers to see to application of the purchase moneys;
( c) To distribute in cash or kind or partly in each
at valuations fixed by them;
(d) To compromise controversies; and
( e) To do all other acts in the Executor' s judgment
deemed necessary or desirable for the proper and advantageous
management, investment and distribution of the estate.
ITEM IX: Any person who shall have
died at the same time as I shall have, or in a common disaster
with me, or under circumstances that the order of our deaths
cannot be established by proof, or within thirty ( 30 ) days of
my death, shall be deemed to have predeceased me.
ITEM X: I hereby nominate, constitute
and appoint my spouse, NORMAN GARRY EBY, to be the Executor
of this my Will. In the event my said spouse cannot act or

refuses to act as Executor for any reason, _C nominate, constitute
and appoint my children, NORMAN GARRY E;BY, JR. , and DEIDRE
KERSTETTER, to act as alternate Co-Executors in his place.
The Executor is specifically relieved from the duty or obligation
of filing any bond or other security.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to
this, my Last Will and Testament, consisting of this and the
preceding four ( 4 ) pages, at the end of each page of which I
have also set my initials for greater security and better
