Druby, and petitions the Court to reopen the estate and appoint her to serve as personal representative for the following reasons: 1. On or about June 8, 2011, the Patriot News listed James F. Stotler as having unclaimed property. 2. The unclaimed property notice was in regards to insurance policy number 090399213 held by the Decedent, James F. Stotler. On March 11, 2010, the matured policy proceeds in the amount of$ 6,659.43 were escheated to the Commonwealth. 3. Commonwealth National Bank, which was responsible for administering estate merged into Mellon Bank, and Melon Bank merged into Citizens Bank. 4. In June of 2011, Citizens Bank indicated that it would not serve as executor for purpose of distributing the newly discovered funds. 5. Barbara H.
