IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2004, upon the resignation of James K. Jones, Esquire
as conflict counsel, the court appoints Nathan C. Wolf, Esquire, presently practicing in Carlisle,
to replace Mr. Jones as conflict counsel.
The salary shall be $16,800 per year, plus approved costs, and his term shall commence
on April 1, 2004. The resignation of Mr. Jones became effective on March 31, 2004. I would
request the County Solicitor to prepare the appropriate contract in accordance with prior
contracts for conflict counsel.
