This is in response to your letter of October 21, 2004, addressed to
Lucinda Barrick of our System. We are in receipt of Mr. Garber's
death certificate.
The total death benefit payable in Mr. Garber's retirement account is
$18,142.30.
Upon receipt of the required estate document along with the address
where payment should be mailed, we will proceed with the processing of
the account for payment.

This decree of distribution shall constitute sufficient authority to all transfer agents,
registrars and others dealing with the property of the estate to recognize the persons named herein
