North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Eric A. Morrow and
Carol A. Morrow of 3174 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 147 E. Hillcrest Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $469.87, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

WITHESSETH, that in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor(s) do hereby grant and
convey to the said Grantee(s), their heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon erected,
situate in the Township of North Middleton, County of Cumberland, and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of East Hillcrest Drive, formerly
known as Hill Street at the center of Lot No. 10 of Block "B ", as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, which point is also in the line of property
now or formerly of Harry G. Schreffler; thence by said Schreffler lands and
through the center of Lot No. 10, Block "B ", 200 feet to a point in the line of
lands now or formerly of G. E. Henry; thence by said Henry lands in a northerly
direction 75 feet to the dividing line between Lot Numbered 11 and 12 of Block
"B:, on said Plan; thence by said dividing line in an easterly direction 200 feet
to the westerly line of East Hillcrest Drive formerly known as Hill Street;
thence by the westerly line of said East Hillcrest Drive formerly known as Hill
Street in a southerly direction 75 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
Being all of Lot No. 11 and one -half of Lot No. 10, Block "B ", on the Plan
of Basin Hill Heights, which plan is of record in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 4, Page 37.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one and one -half story brick dwelling house known
as and numbered 147 East Hillcrest Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
Being the same premises which Melvin R. McKenzie, Jr. and Eileen H.
McKenzie, husband and wife conveyed to Kenneth I Treaster, Sr. and Sharon R.
Treaster, Husband and wife, Grantors herein, by deed recorded June 25, 1998 in
the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland county, Pa. in Deed Book 0179 Page
1074.
CHILD. THIS TRANSACTION IS TAX EXEMPT AS IT IS A TRANSACTION BETWEEN PARENT AND
