COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Ci tiFinancial Services, Inc. (Ci tiFinancial)
with a place of business at 11436 Cronhill Drive, Suite H, Owings
Mills, MD 21117.
2. Defendant is Dorothy M. Stoke, an adult individual who resides
at 22 Dartmouth Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. On February 26, 2002, pursuant to the disclosure statement,
note and security agreement
attached hereto
as
Exhibit
"A" ,
CitiFinancial loaned to Dorothy M. Stoke the principal sum of
$4,987.03.
4. Dorothy M. Stoke has failed to make payments pursuant to the
aforesaid note.
5. The balance owing on said note is $4,415.66.
6. Ci tiFinancial has demanded that Dorothy M. Stoke pay the
aforesaid balance, however, Dorothy M. Stoke refuses to do the same.
7. The aforesaid note and security agreement provide for the
recovery of attorney fees which in this case amount to $1,103.92.
WHEREFORE, CitiFinancial requests judgment against Dorothy M.
Stoke in the amount of $5,519.58.
