AND NOW, this day of May, 2013, following argument on the
Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by John W. Maxwell, and in light of the
potential impact of the disposition of said motion on the parties' respective decisions to
file objections to the account of Fred H. Junkins regarding the Edith S. Rife Trust, filed
on March 27, 2013, IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED as follows:
Pending resolution of the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, we suspend the
filing date for objections to the account of Fred H. Junkins. Any objection to the account
shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the court order disposing of the aforesaid Motion.
