EHXIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Lemoyne,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNNING at a point, the intersection of the easterly line of Seventh Street
with the southerly line of Walnut Street; thence east along the southerly line of
Walnut Street 153.37 feet to a point; thence in a southerly direction along a line
parallel with Seventh Street, 67.73 feet to a point; thence westwardly at right
angles to Seventh Street 150 feet to a point on the eastedy line of Seventh
Street; thence along the eastern line of Seventh Street in a northerly direction
100 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a one story brick commercial building known and
numbered as 110 North Seventh Street.
BEING the same premises which GeeBees, Ltd., and John C. Baker and Ja~,,es E.
