AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Christopher L. Spizzieri, Administrator o{the Estate N
of Margaretta E. Angeloff, by and through his attorneys, METTE, EVANS & WOODSIDE, and
files this Petition for Settlement of Small Estate Pursuant to Section 3102 of the Pennsylvania
Estate and Fiduciary Code as follows:
1. The decedent, Margaretta E. Angeloff ("Decedent"), died on November 19, 2004.
2. The Decedent was domiciled at death in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania with a
last family or principal address at No.6 Regency Woods South, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. Decedent died intestate.
4. The Petitioner, Christopher L. Spizzieri ("Petitioner"), was granted letters of
administration on November 23,2004.

16. All claimants identified in paragraph 11 herein have been mailed notice more than
ten (10) days prior to the filing of this Petition. True and correct copies of the notice are attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference. The Petitioner has not received any
objections from any of the claimants.
17. No other known claims against the Decedent's Estate are due, are likely to
become due, or otherwise owing.
18. There are no assets to be distributed from Decedent's Estate.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an Order
in the form attached reflecting that all assets of the Decedent's Estate have been distributed, that
the Estate is closed as if a full accounting had occurred, and that Petitioner is discharged of his
obligations as Administrator of the Decedent's Estate.
