I,Edna M.Murphy,now or formerly of411 East Marble Street,Mechanicsburg,C4ffhberlan�
County,Pennsylvania, 17055,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me at any time
made.
ITEM I: I direct that all inheritance and estate taa�es becoming due by reason of my death,
whether such taaces maybepayablebymy Estate orby any recipient ofany property,shall be paid bymy
Executor out ofthepropertypassing underthis Will,which is not specifically devised orbequeathed,as
an expense and cost ofadministration ofmy Estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligafion to obtain
reimbursement for any such tax paid by my Executor even though on proceeds of insurance or other
property not passing under this Will.
ITEM II: I hereby exercise all powets of appoinhnent which I may have at the time ofmy death
in favor of my Executor, and all property subject to all such powers shall be included in my Estate.
ITEM III: It is my desire to be cremated and have my remains buried next to my late husband
Donald N. Murphy in St. Bernazds Cemetery in Waterville, New York.
ITEM IV: I specifically give andbequeath the sum of Fifty Thousand($50,000.00)Dollars to my
daughter Diane M.Mader,now or formerly of 1127 Apple Drive,Mechanicsburg,Pennsylvania, 17055,
provided she survives me as set forth herein,as a like distribution was made to my daughter ponne M.
Rogers,now or formerly of408 East Mazble Street,Mechanicsburg,Pennsylvania, 17055,during her
lifetime. Ifmy daughter Diane 1v1.Mader does not so survive me,then such gift and bequest shall fail and
the sum shall become part of my residual estate and pass as set forth thereunder.
IfI s611 own thereal propertylmown as 411 East Mazble Street,Mechanicsburg,Pennsylvania,
17055,at the time ofmy death,I specifically devise said real property to my daughter ponne M.Rogers,
provided she survives me as set forth herein. Ifmy daughter ponne M.Rogers does not so survive me,
then such devise shall fail and the property shall be sold and the proceeds shall become part ofmy residual
estate and pass as set forth thereunder. It is my desire that the appraised value of such real property shall
be attributed to the shaze ofmy estate designated for ponne M.Rogers in equal distriburion to each ofmy
daughters. In the event there is a like sum of cash available at the time ofmy death,then I direct that such
like sum be paid directly to my daughter Diane M. Mader, provided she survives me as set forth herein.
I direct that my Executor distribute certain items oftangible personal pmperty owned by me at the
time ofmy death in accordance with a signed Memorandum which I have placed with this my Last Will and
Testament. If no such Memoranduxn shall be found after my death,and with respect to any items of
tangible personal property not disposed ofby such Memorandum,I direct that such items oftangible

personal propeity shall be distributed as set forth in the remainder ofthis Item III and such items shall pass
in as nearly equal shazes as practical to my daughter Diane M.Mader and to my daughter ponne M.
Rogers, or the survivor.
ITEM V: I give,devise and bequeath a11 ofthe rest,residue and remainder ofmy property,rea1,
personal and mixed, as follows:
Thirty(30%)percent to be distributed in as neazly equal shazes as practical to those of my
grandchildren alive at the time ofmy death. At the time ofthe signing ofthis Last Will and Testament,I
have three (3) grandchildren, namely James Donald Rogers, now or formerly of Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania,and Kelly Marie Mader,now or formerly ofMechanicsburg Pennsylvania,and Kerry M.
Mader,now or formerly ofMechuucsburg,Pennsylvania lfone or more ofmy grandchildren are not alive
or fail to survive me as set forth herein,such shaze shall pass to the surviving grandchild or grandchildren.
If all of my grandchildren fail to survive me, then such shaze shall pass to my daughters or the survivor.
Seventy(70%)percent to be distributed in as neacly equal shazes as practical to my daughters
Diane M.Mader and Donne M.Rogers,provided they survive me as set forth herein. In the event one
of my daughters fails to survive me, then such interest shall pass to my surviving daughter.
ITEM VI: In the settlement ofmy Estate,my Executor shall possess,among others,the following
powers to be executed for the best interests of the beneficiaries:
(a) To sell either at public or private sale and upon such terms and conditions as my Executormay
deem advantageous to my Estate,any or all real or personal estate or interest therein,whether owned by
me severally or in conjunction with other persons or acquired after my death by my Executor,and to
consummate said sale or sales by sufficient deeds or other instnunents to the purchaser or purchasers,
conveying a fee simple title,free and cleaz of all liens or trust and without obligation or liability of the
purchaser or purchasers to see to the application ofthe purchase money or to make inquiry into the validity
of said sale or sales;also,to make,execute,acknowledge and deliver any and all deeds,assignments,
oprions or other writings which may be necessazy or desirable in cairying out any ofthe powers wnferred
upon my Executor in this Paragaph VI (a) or elsewhere in my Will.
(b) To pay all costs,taxes,expenses and chazges in connection with the administration ofmy
Estate. My Executor shall pay all legal expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
(c) To distribute my Estate in kind or in money. If any assets aze distributed in kind,they shall be
distributed at their respective value(s) on the date(s) of their distribution.
(d) To retain any investments I may have at my death so long as my Executor may deem it
advisable to my Estate so to do.
(e) To vary investments,when deemed desirable by my Executor and to invest in such bonds,
stocks,notes,money mazkets,real estate mortgages or other securities or in such other property,real or
personal, as he shall deem wise, without being restricted to so-called "legal inveshnents."

(fl To mortgage real estate and to make leases of real estate.
(g) To bonow money from any party to pay indebtedness of mine or ofmy Estate,expenses of
administration or inheritance, legacy, estate and other taa�es.
(h) To vote any shazes of stock which form a part ofthe Estate and to otherwise exercise all the
powers incident to the ownership of such stock.
(i) In the discretion ofmy Executor,to unite with other owners ofsimilaz property in carrying out
any plans for the reorganization ofany corporation or company whose securities form apart ofthe Estate.
(j) To distribute my personal property directly to the Guazdian of the person of any minor
beneficiaries hereunder.
(k) The right and discrerion to elect the most appropriate settlement options for any pension plans,
individual retirement accounts or other employeebenefit options,as deemed most appropriate by my
Executor, assuming such election sha11 be in accordance with procedures established by the plan's
administrative committee or administratar,as the case may be,if such elections haue not been made prior
to my death.
(1) To do a11 other acts in judgment of my Executor necessary or desirable for the proper and
advantageous management, inveshnent and distribution of my Estate.
(m)The right to engage accountants,attomeys,appraisers and other agents,as deemed necessary
by my Executor,to render advice to and/or represent my Executor,as my Executor deems necessazy or
appropriate to the administration and preservation of my Estate.
ITEM VII: Any person who shall have died at the same time as Testatrix or in a common disaster
with her,or under such circumstances that it is difficult or impossible to determine who died first,or who
shall fail to survive Testatrix by a period of thirty(30) days, shall be deemed to have predeceased her.
ITEM VIII: I nominate,wnstitute and appoint my daughters Diane M.Mader and Donne M.
Rogers to be my Co-Executrices(herein referred to as"Executor"). In the event ofthe death,resignation,
refusal or inability ofmy either one ofmy daughters to serve as Co-Executrice,the remaining daughter may
serve as Executrix alone. My Executor is specifically relieved from the duty or obligarion of filing any bond
or bonds or other form of security regazdless of place of domicile. The reasonable expenses of my
Executor, including but not limited to travel, shall be reimbursed by my Estate.
ITEM IX: In all references herein to any Executor,Beneficiary,Child,Crrandchild or other,the
use ofanyparticulaz genderorthe plural or singularnumberis intendedto include the appropriate gender
or number as the text of this my Last Will and Testament may require.
