The tax parcel number of the property as recorded in the assessment office is 43-05- 0417-024C TR03783 and owner as Alice Shipp. The property is situated in the Township of Upper Frankford, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, and is known as 46 Mountain View Terrace. 4. The names and addresses of known parties holding tax and municipal claims, liens, mortgages, ground rents, charges and estates against the property are as follows: a.
