PETITION TO SCHEDULE HEARING
AND NOW, aarnes Respondent, Susan M. LaPorte, by and through the undersigned
counsel, and files this Petition to Schedule Hearing as follows:
i. Qn or about October 12, 2012, Petitioner, Ann E. LaPorte, Executrix for the
above estate, filed a Petition to Secure Order Directing Heir to Disclose and Have Valued
Personal Property Retained wiih this Fionorable Court.
2. On October 16, 2012, this Honorabie Court issued a Citation upnn Respondent,
Susan M. LaPorte, to show cause why the relief requested by Petitioner should not be granted.
3. On November 5, 2d12,Respondent filed her Answer with this Honarable Court.
4. On November 13, 2412, this Honorable Caurt issued an Order holding this rnatter
in abeyance until either Petitioner or Respondent requested further specific action.
5. Subsequent discussions between the parties have failed to settle this matter.
6. The Hanarable Thomas A. Placey has previously presided over this rnatter.
WHEREFORE, Respondent, Susan M. LaPorte, respectfully requests this Honprable
Court issue an Order scheduling a Hearing for this mattex.
