AN APPEAL MUST BE FILED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS IN RESIDENTIAL LEASE ACTIONS INVOLVING A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THIS APPEAL WILL INCLUDE AN APPEAL, OF THE MONEY JUDGMENT, IF ANY.
