AND NOW,this 8th day of May, 2013, having received no response to the Citation
issued on April 11, 2013, to show cause why Letters of Administration d.b.n.c.t.a. should
not be issued to Stephanie J. Richardson for the Estate Richard William Cornell, IT IS
DECREED that Letters of Administration d.b.n.c.t.a. shall be granted to Stephanie J.
Richardson.
Stephanie J. Richardson shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under
the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
