LA3T WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, EDNA H. WILSON, of the Borough of Millersville, County of
Lancaster and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereby declare this
to be my Last Will and revoke all Wills which I have previously
made .
FIRST: I direct that the debts which I am legally
obligated to pay and the expenses of my last illness and funeral
be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I am married to JOSFPH R. WILSON, and all
references in this will made to my husband are to him. I have
three children. They are JO ANN W. CUSBAGE of Arlington,
Virginia, JAMES R. WIL30N of Newville, Pennsylvania, and CAROLE
W. EPLER of Elverson, Pennsylvania. In construing the provisions
of this Will, the term "issue" shall include persons legally
adopted and the children or issue of persons so legally adopted.
THIRD: If my husband, JOSEPH R. WILSON survives me, I
give the ca.�h and securities in ny cash management account at
Merrill Lynch to my son, JAMES R. WIL30N, IN TRUST, upon the
following uses and purposes :

issue who are then living, per stirpes.
FO'URTH; All of the residue of my property, real and
personal, tangible and intangible, wheresoever situated and
howsoever held, I give, devise and bequeath ta my husband, JOSFs'FA
R. SVILSON, provided he survives me by thirty (30) days.
FIFTH: My husband and I have had a tradition of giving
the sum of $1, 000 . 00 to each grandchild upon their marriage. In
the event that my husband, JOSEPH R. WILSON, should predecease me
or should my husband fail to survive me for a pariod af at least
thirty (3q) days, 2 then give to each grandahild of mine wha does
stzrvive me by thirty {30} clays, and wha has nat previausly
received a nuptial gift of $1, 000 . 00 from myself or my husband,
the sum af $1, 000 . 40 .
SIXTH: In the event that my husbancl, J4SPPH 12. WILSON,
shauld predecease me or should my husband fail to survive me for
a period af at least thirty {30} days, then I hereby give, devise
and bequeath the residue af my estate, real and personal,
tangible ancl intangible, .aheresa�ver situeted and howsoever held,
in equal share� to each child of mine who is living at the time
of my death and to the then living lawful issue, collectively, of
each child of mine who predeceases me, such issue to take per
stirpes the share which their ancestor, the deceased child of
mine, would have taken if alive.
SEVENTH: I appaint my husband, JOSEPH R. NTILSON, as
Exeoutor of this Will . Should he, for any reason, fail to
qualify or cease to act as such during the administratian af my

estate, S appoint my son, JAMES R. WILSON, Executor of this Will,
to act with the same duties, powers and discretions ae if
originally appointed. No fiduciary acting under this Will shall
be required to enter bond ar furnish sureties in any
jurisdiction.
EIaHTH: I suggest and request that rny Executor employ the
office of JAMES R. LEONARD, JR. , ESQUIRE in settling my estate,
as he is familiar with my affairs.
NINTX: My Executor and his successors shall have the
following powers, in addition to thase given by law, to be
exercised in their sale discretion: To invest in any real or
pereonal property without restriction to legal investments; to
repair, alter, imprave or lease, for any period af time, any real
or personal proparty; to sell at public or private sale any real
or personal property; to compromise claims; and ta make
distribution in kind.
