IN RE: PETITION TO REMOVE EXECUTRIX
AND NOW COMES Jennifer R. Hatton, by her attorneys, Johnson, Duffie, Stewart &
Weidner, P.C. and files this Petition to Make Rule Absolute based upon the following:
1. On March 25, 2013, this Honorable Court entered a Rule upon Barbara T. Brown,
Executrix of the Estate, to show cause why she should not be removed as Executrix. The Rule was
returnable within thirty (30) days of service.
2. On March 25, 2013, the Clerk of the Orphans' Court served the Rule on Barbara T.
Brown by First-class, U.S. mail.
3. Barbara T. Brown failed to respond to the Rule to Show Cause.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order to
make the Rule Absolute and to remove Barbara T. Brown as Executrix of the Estate of Margaret B.
Brown.
