Please enter the claim of Metro Bank("Metro'), 3801 Paxton Street, Harrisburg
PA 17111, in the amount of One Thousand Eighty Six Dollars and 551100 ($1,086.55), together
with interest from April 23, 2013, against the above-named estate.
Metro hereby asserts a claim against the decedent for indebtedness evidenced by
an unsecured loan in the principal amount not to exceed$1,500.00, together with interest
thereon, pursuant to a credit card arrangement between the parties beginning as of September 10,
2010.
Payment is demanded in full. This claim is filed pursuant to the provisions of 20
Pa. C.S.A. §3532.
The decedent,whose last known address was 604 Mallard Road, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on February 17, 2013.
