On behalf of George A. Seamands, Successor Trustee of the Thomas J. and Mildred L.
Feeney Revocable Trust Agreement, originally dated September 12, 1997, as amended and
restated on March 20, 1998, and as subsequently amended on September 12; 2000 and on
September 14, 2001 (collectively, the "Trust Agreement"), established by Thomas J. Feeney and
Mildred L. Feeney as Co-Settlors, you are hereby notified of the following particulars:
1. The Trust was created by Thomas J. Feeney and Mildred L. Feeney, as Co-
Settlors, by that certain Revocable Trust Agreement, originally dated September 12, 1997, as
amended and restated in its entirety on March 20, 1998, and as subsequently amended on
September 12, 2000 and on September 14, 2001, with Thomas J. Feeney as original Trustee.
2. Original Trustee and Co-Settlor Thomas J. Feeney died on April 29, 2003, a
resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. By that certain Acceptance and Appointment dated June 7, 2003, George A.
Seamands became sole Successor Trustee of the Trust.
4. According to its terms, the Trust Agreement became irrevocable in 2003, upon the
death of Co-Settlor Thomas J. Feeney.
5. Co-Settlor Mildred L. Feeney died March 31, 2013. The Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, has issued Letters Testamentary to Robert R. Church and
George A. Seamands, as Co-Executors of the Estate of Mildred L. Feeney, deceased.
6. In accordance with law, the following particulars are provided concerning the
Trustee's contact information: George A. Seamands, Successor Trustee, 9214 Setter Place,
Springfield, VA 22153-1025.
7. As a beneficiary, you have the right to receive a copy of the Trust Agreement, as
well as the right to receive, at least annually, a written report of the assets of the Trust, indicating
their market value (if feasible), as well as the Trust's liabilities, receipts and disbursements since
the date of the last such report by the Trustee. You also have the right to waive your right to
receive such notices.
8. This required statutory notification is being provided to the following current
beneficiaries of the Trust, whose interests are indicated below:
