Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Timothy Norris,
husband of defendant,who accepted as"Adult Person in Charge"for the within named Defendant, to wit:
Joyce Ann Norris at 1038 Swarthmore Road, New Cumberland Borough, New Cumberland, PA 17070,
and informed person of contents of same. Timothy Norris then paid Deputy Kinsler in full.
05/21/2013 05:10 PM-Jason Kinsler, Deputy, who being duly sworn according to law, served a true copy of the
within Writ of Execution, upon the defendant, to wit: Timothy Robert Norris, by making known unto
Timothy Robert Norris, at 1038 Swarthmore Road, New Cumberland Borough, New Cumberland, PA
17070, Cumberland County, its contents and at the same time handing to the defendant personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the Writ of Execution, defendant paid$ 2,004.90 to
Deputy Jason Kinsler.
