First and Intermediate Account of Arpad K. Sipos, Executor, a CITATION is issued upon
all interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted.
PETITIONERS shall effectuate service of this Citation upon all interested parties.
Proof of service must be filed prior to the court entertaining a motion to make citation
absolute.
CITATION RETURNABLE twenty (20) days from the date of service. Following
the return deadline any interested party may petition the court for a hearing, argument
or other appropriate action based on the Citation and any response thereto.
