ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 13t" day of May, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition To
Remove Executrix and Motion To Make Rule Absolute, and upon failure of the Executrix
to answer the Rule, a hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 3, 2013, at 3:15 p.m., in
Courtroom No. 5, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, wherein
Barbara T. Brown shall appear and show cause why she should not be removed as
executrix. Petitioner shall provide at the hearing, the name of the successor personal
representative it seeks to administer the Extate of Margaret B. Brown. Failure of Barbara
T. Brown to appear at the hearing will result in her removal as Executrix.
