AND NOW, this day of May 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
Citation Sur Appeal from Register in Probating Will and Request for Constructive Trust,
a CITATION is issued upon all parties in interest, whether beneficiaries under the will or
heirs at law, to show cause why the appeal should not be sustained.
PETITIONER shall effectuate service of this Citation upon all interested parties.
Proof of service must be filed prior to the court entertaining a motion to make citation
absolute.
All interested parties shall respond to this Citation within twenty (20) days from
the date it is served upon them by Petitioner. Within twenty (20) days after service upon
Petitioner of a response, Petitioner may file a reply thereto. Thereafter, the parties shall
inform the court when this matter is ready for a hearing.
