AND NOW, this 13'h day of May, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
Termination of Trust, it is hereby ordered that the trust set forth in the Last Will and
Testament of Mary B. Morrison is terminated and the Executrix for the Estate of Mary B.
Morrison, Theresa A. Brady, is directed to distribute any and all sums that were to be put
into trust for the benefit of Andrew C. Smith, directly to Andrew C. Smith.
