The Petitioner, Kessslers, Inc., requests that this Court approve the issuance of a Certificate of Title to
Petitioner for the motor vehicle described below, and in support thereof, represents as follows:
1. Petitioner is a Pennsylvania corporation whose E.I.N. number is 23-1287137.
2. Petitioner is the owner of the following motor vehicle:
a. Vehicle Description: 1995 International straight truck with refrigerated body used to deliver
Kessslers' products. Kesslers is a meat manufacturer and distributor which has been in business
since 1916.
b. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): 1HTSCACM6SH607354
3. Attached is a copy of title number 47305022601 ME which shows:

b. The same person signed as seller to assign the title on the back.
c. Kesslers paid this lease in full.
d. Meridian Leasing, Inc. no longer has an office in Williamsport and could not
be located through an internet search.
