AFFIDAVIT
The undersigned parties do hereby certify, represent and warrant as follows:
1. Lucille M. Krah {"Lucille") died on December 11, 2005, a resident of Cemp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Lucille was not married to Edward G. Janes {"Edward"} as incorrectly
indicated on Lucille's death certificate. While Lucille and Edward lived together for
numerous years, they were never married.
3. Lucille was survived by her twa children, Dr. William Krah ("Dr. Krah") and
Garrie Krah ("Carrie").
4. Edwerd died on January 3, 2p12 survived by his two children, Christine
Martino ("Christine") and Pamela Angelozzi ("Pamela").
5. Christine and Pamela were appainted as Administrators of the Estate o4
Edward G. Jones by the Cumberland County Register of Wills on January 19, 2012 {Na.
2012-40471}.
6. Dr. Krah has presented a Petition for Grant of Letters ta the Cumberland
County Register af Wilis for his appointment as Administrator af Lucille's Estate. In a
Renunciation presented to the Register, Carrie renounced her right to serve as
Administrator in favor of Dr. Krah.
7. This affidavit is being presented to ailow the Cumberiand County Register of
Wills to appoint Dr. William Krah as Administrator of Lucille's Estate.
8. This affidavit can be executed in counferparts, each of wpjch will be_�n .,,
