Cook, late of 4 Thornhill Court, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17015, Deceased, died Intestate on April 20, 2010; and WHEREAS, the said Mary K. Cook, was survived by her son, James D. Cook, and daughter, Mary M. Cook; and WHEREAS, Letters of Administration on the Estate of the said Mary K. Cook were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to the said James D. Cook and Mary M. Cook; and WHEREAS, the said James D. Cook and Mary M. Cook, Administrators of the Estate of Mary K. Cook, having gathered the assets of the Estate of the said decedent and the assets consist of personal and real property to a total value of 173,703.72 as set forth in "Exhibit A", which is a statement of account of the said Administrators and which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A"; and WHEREAS, the debts and deductions in the Estate amounts to $201,802.42, leaving a deficit in the Estate of$28,098.70, as set forth in the statement of the Administrators, which is attached hereto and marked as "Exhibit A"; and NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, James D. Cook, 1908 Burchstone Drive, Orlando, Florida 32806 and Mary M. Cook, 45 Liberty Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 17065, being the only persons entitled to inherit from the Estate of Mary K. Cook, do hereby acknowledge that we have this day have and received our fees as Administrators in full satisfaction and payment which amounts we have received this day and which amounts are set in "Exhibit A." Cook and Mary M. Cook, Administrators, their heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns, of and from the said Estate from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, touching upon the Estate of said Mary K. Cook, we do further hereby covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the Estate of the said Mary K. Cook after the signing of this agreement, we hereby covenant and agree as an aforesaid heir, that we will contribute pro rata, our share of the Estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the Estate of Mary K.
