TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT: PETITION FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF VEHICLE AND NOW, comes David Carl Gussie (DCG) before the court, who petitions for the transfer of a motor vehicle and respectfully states the following: On October 10, 2004 Matthew David Gussie (MDG) abandoned his vehicle (Exhibit A) a 1987 Plymouth Sundance, VIN # 1P3BS48DXHN519587 in my (DCG) private driveway at 8 Edgewood Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Matthew David Gussie no longer has a valid driver's license, automobile insurance or the funds to maintain the aforementioned vehicle. 3. Matthew David Gussie verbally agreed to transfer ownership back to me, David Gussie the original owner (Exhibit B). He (MDG) intimated that he (MDG) did not know where the Title was located, would have to look for the Title and that the PENNDOT Title may have been lost.. To date he (MDG) has not made any attempt to transfer title or make arrangements to secure a replacement Title. All attempts to contact MDG have met with no response. A Certified letter was mailed to Matthew David Gussie's last known address, 300 South Market Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 C/O Erin Walter. Mr Matthew David Gussie's friends and sisters have also been contacted. MDG was notified of the pending court proceedings by Certified Mail and given 15 days from the mailing of this letter to complete the legal paperwork to transfer the Title or remove his vehicle from my driveway.(Exhibit C) It is the understanding of David Carl Gussie that Matthew David Gussie has left the State of Pennsylvania and all reasonable means of contacting him have been exhausted. Wherefore, David Carl Gussie here by requests this Court to award ownership and the right, title and interest.
