PETITION FOR CITATION TO SHOW CAUSE
WHY LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF
DAVID J. TIMBERLAKE JR, SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED TO DONNA J. FOX
AND Now comes Petitioner, Donna J. Fox ("Petitioner"), by and through her attorneys,
HANDLER, HENNING & ROSENBERG, LLP, by W. Scott Henning, Esq., and files the within
Petition for Citation to Show Cause Why Letters of Administration on the Estate of David J.
Timberlake,Jr., Should Not Be Granted to Donna J. Fox, and in support thereof avers as follows:
1. Petitioner, Donna J. Fox's address is 400 Riverbend Drive, Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
2. Decedent, David J. Timberlake, Jr., died intestate on February 25, 2012.
3. Decedent, David J. Timberlake Jr.'s intestate heirs are as follows:

Dauphin County, Pennsylvania
Chelsea Timberlake P.O. Box 31, Landisburg, Daughter
Perry County, Pennsylvania

Perry County, Pennsylvania
4. To date, no Letters of Administration have been granted to any individuals
provided for under 20 Pa.C.S. § 3155.
5. Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. § 3155(b)(5), Petitioner avers that she is an "[o]ther fit
person" and therefore requests the issuance of a Citation to Decedent, David J. Timberlake, Jr.'s
intestate heirs.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Donna J. Fox, respectfully requests the issuance of a Citation to
Decedent, David J. Timberlake, Jr.'s intestate heirs ordering them to show cause why Letters of
Administration of the Estate of David J. Timberlake, Jr., should not be granted to Donna J. Fox.
