BOOKWALTER, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all wills and codicils made by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay my legal debts, the expenses of my last illness, my funeral expenses and the administration expenses of my estate. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed of whatever nature and wheresoever situate, including any and all powers of appointment, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death to my brother-in-law, JAMES C. FELMLEE. I specifically intend that no person, other than my brother-in-law, JAMES C. FELMLEE, shall be entitled to any of the proceeds of my estate. I specifically note that no provisions have been made for the devise of my property in this Will in the event that my brother-in-law, JAMES C. FELMLEE, shall predecease me or fail to survive me for a period of sixty (60) days. I intend that, in the event that my brother-in-law, JAMES C.
