Real Estate
Real Estate-All that certain piece or parcel of real estate being known and numbered 105,102.00
as 8 Wayne Circle,Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by John C.
Tasek and Emma Jane Tasek, his wife,by deed dated November 28, 1950 and recorded
December 8, 1950 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office,a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said John C.Tasek died November 21,
2002,whereupon full and complete title to the real estate became vested solely in
Emma Jane Tasek,the decedent herein. The property was sold pursuant to an
Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated February 18,2013,as amended by an
Addendum dated February 20,2013. Copies of the Deed and Addendum are attached
hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement occurred on April 10,2013. Copies of
the Settlement Statement and Deed transferring this properly are attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The sale price of the property was$105,102.00.
