document dated September 20, 2001 should not be admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of Glenn E. Fry and why Letters Testamentary should not be
granted solely to Co-Executor Love F. Baker.
Your response, if any, should be filed in her office within 20 days from
service of this citation.
If no response is filed, then Petitioner shall move to bring the matter for
resolution before the Register.
