DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW,this 20th day of May, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Victoria Marie Zuna,by and through her attorney, Linda J. Olsen, Esquire,
and the holographic instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of Charles
Matthew Launse, which was signed on April 23, 2010, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding the document and renders
the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that writing on the side of the document that begins with "And on
this day", is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Charles Matthew Launse.
The reverse side of the document is not admitted to probate as it appears after the signature
of the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. are hereby issued to
Victoria Marie Zuna, who shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this Estate according to law.
