MOTION TO MAKE THE RULE ABSOLUTE
Petitioner Mateya Law Firm, P.C.,moves to make the Rule issued by this Court on April
18,2013 absolute,representing as follows:
1. On April 17, 2013, Petitioner filed a Withdrawal of Appearance in the above captioned
matter.
2. On April 18,2013,this Court issued a Rule on Co-Executors Adessa Miller and Michael
Hailey to show cause why Petitioner Mateya Law Firm, P.C.'s petition to withdraw
should not be granted.
3. On April 26,2013,Petitioner Mateya Law Firm,P.C. served a copy of the Court's Order
on both the executors and Attorney Lovelace.
4. As of this date, May 13, 2013,no cause has been shown why Petitioner's Withdrawal of
Appearance should be denied.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner Mateya Law Firm, P.C.,requests that its Petition be granted
and that it be relieved from duties and responsibilities relating to the representation of the estate of
