consideration of the Petition for Reformation of Trust filed in the above-captioned matter along
with the attached Exhibits, it is hereby ORDERED that the Trust established under the Codicil to
the Last Will and Testament of Christine S. Ritter shall be reformed by the addition of the
following language: "I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Twenty-five Thousand($25,000.00)
Dollars unto the Elizabeth Dru Miller Special Needs Trust and my trustee, Hannah B. Miller, in
trust in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an instrument known as the
"Elizabeth Dru Miller Special Needs Trust"incorporated herein by reference."
It is further ORDERED that the trustee of the Elizabeth Dru Miller Special Needs Trust
shall be William A. Duncan.
