AND NOW THIS A9 day of fiUed 2013,upon consideration of the within Motion
for Court Approval of Guardianship Fees and it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that
Neighborhood Services of Lancaster, Inc. is authorized to receive any start-up fees and monthly
guardianship fees.If the incapacitated person qualifies for Medical Assistance;the guardian shall be
entitled to $100.00 per month or other amount established by the Commonwealth. All other
particulars of the Order entered April 23, 2012 shall remain in effect.
The Clerk of the Orphans' Court shall provide copies of this Order to counsel of record and
to the guardian.
