ITEM I: I direct that all expenses of my last illness and funeral including my gravemazker and perpetual caze shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal shazes, share and shaze alike, to each of my five (5) children, ROBERT B. GATES, now of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; MARJORIE BOWERS, now of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; JOHN P. GATES, now of Safety Harbour, Florida; NANCY J. BENSON, now of Schenectady, New York; and DENIS E.
