TO THE PROTHONOTARY OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY:
Please issue a Writ of Scire Facias to the Defendant, Erik J. Magnus, to file an affidavit of
defense of the claim, if defense he has thereto, within fifteen days after service of the writ,
concerning the following claim:
Township of Upper Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on
December 26, 2012, filed its claim in the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County, at No. 12 -7704 MLD, for the sum of
$356.34 plus costs and interest, for charges assessed with respect to
sewer and/or water rates, from January 1, 2012 through September
20, 2012, for the property situate at 2416 Arcona Road,

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to Erik J. Magnus, Greeting:
WHEREAS,Township of Upper Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on December
26, 2012, filed its claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, at No. 12 -7704
MLD, for the sum of $356.34 plus costs and interest, for charges assessed with respect to sewer
and/or water rates, from January. l; 2012 through September 30, 2012, for the property situate at
2416 Arcona Road, Mechanicsburg PA 17055 (Tax Parcel Number 42 -11- 0272 -130, owned or
reputed to be owned by you;
WHEREAS, the Township of Upper Allen has incurred $64.50 in costs to file and
remove said claims;
WHEREAS, interest and penalty have accrued on said claims in the aggregate amount of
$39.84 to March 31, 2013 and continues to accrue;
WHEREAS, the Township of Upper Allen has incurred administrative costs in.
connection with the filing, collection and removal of said claims in the amount of $102.00;
And Whereas, We have been given to understand that said claims are still due and
unpaid, and remain a lien against said property;
Now, you are hereby notified to file your affidavit of defense to said claim, if defense you
have thereto, in the office of the Prothonotary of our said court, within fifteen days after the
service of this writ. upon you. If no affidavit of defense be filed within said time, judgment may
be entered against you for the whole claim, and the property described in the claim be sold to
recover the amount thereof.
